Burnham we've hashed out the cat debate once or twice before I think. I don't like birds. Lol. I shoot nearly as many as the cats get I'm guessing. Sorry.

Who has dog tooth brushing tips and tricks? I'm starting with our cats', and have a friend with her first dog.

Just use chew toys that clean their teeth while they chew, that's what my vet suggested

Chew toys & zero sugar here. Read the labels on all dog food, as sugar is hidden in a lot of products. ( conveniently dental caries is not usually covered by insurance)
I make treats by dehydrating lambs liver - you have to be careful how much they have though or they stink the house out 😆

Maybe a choke hold with your dominant arm and try brushing the cat's teeth with the other.

Dogs and cats have lots of preventable tooth loss. Stank-ass breath, for sure.
