3-4 min for me at that temp, 4-5 min for upper 40s.
I bought an ice maker at Depot for 400$, it makes about 5 gal of ice in 8-10 hrs. Then you gotta have a freezer large enough to hold about 10 gal of ice plus I use a bunch of smaller, frozen, quart-size yogurt containers.
Dealing with the ice making etc is definitely a bit of a pita, having a chiller would save a lot of work but they cost a few bucks. And yeah, for 5-6 months/year you usually don't need to add ice so that's good.
I gotta get back into LI Sound where it all started for me, it's a 46* now.
