Sounds to me like you’re getting a lot or too much exercise overall and the heat is a contributing factor. S’all guh. I’m guessing I will have all the best exercise strategy for me figured out the day before I die, FTR. Meaning it can be tough to know exactly how much and what for is Right.
I’ve been real guh overall. The tub continues to be an absolute game changer/ key life component. I just love getting a crazy workout done after exiting the tub (intense workout for me btw; most of you folks would walk right through it) but if on a given day a big workout is not called for, then you know what the Tub is superb for?? Knocking the sh*t out of stubborn items on your To Do list- stuff that’s been on there way too long, just cuz?? Bam, they get ticked off one after another because The Tub
