Last night we had fettuccini alfredo with hot spicy prawns. Homemade pasta by me, and M's scratch made alfredo sauce. The jalapenos where HOT this time around . Yummy yum yum.
It has always interested me how the "hot" peppers we get in our grocery, of the several varieties we use from time to time, can be so variable in the heat content...most especially the jalapenos. Some are merely sweetish warm, some will burn your lips off, most are somewhere in the middle .
