There's always a story. Our local airport had a recent FAA inspection and they were told these trees are encroaching the "Runway Protection Zone." I'm not sure why this suddenly became an issue since the trees have obviously been growing into this zone for the last 20 or 30 years but there it is.

This week it was time to gather the everything up and sort the seeds from the leaves and assorted other stuff.
The owner expected to get around a ton, he'll be getting 3 times that.
At $25/kilo that amounts to some serious money.
