The one on the right.
We have an old apprentice helping us right now.
Today he brought his young German shepherd pup to work.
I asked what her name was and he told me, that even though she was female, he had named her for the best dog, he had ever known.........Sam.

That sure melted my heart.
I miss that old mutt.

7 Anatolian Pyrenees cross pups.

I need to get a newer picture.

They are 8 weeks or so....and weigh over 10 pounds already.

Probably closer to 15.

We told our sheep mentor that he could have one...so he brings out a dozen deer carcasses ever over day for them.


They are well fed!

If you hadn't been so far away, one of those could well have been my last dog.

Had to put our yellow lab down today, Georgia, 14 y o. It was time and for the best but omg it's brutal.

We had the vet come to the house, they did a good job all around

Thank you all. It's just a sad time, as you all know probably from first hand experience.

As I mentioned above, the vet service that came to the house did a most excellent job on every level. Very professional and equally compassionate. Later on, I wanted to post a 5 star review for them but they already had more or less hundreds of rave reviews.

One caught my eye, it started with, "How do you say goodbye to a piece of your heart?"
