Faagin awesome! softshell crabs rule. Emeril is from Massachusetts, we have a vaca house near where he grew up in New Bedford (pronounced N'bedfid) If you like sushi, get spider maki, it has soft shellers in it.

Gotta go with pizza as a fav though. Had one last night with bacon, pineapple, and jalapenos. Try it, you'll love it
 
Hobby climber you got that right on the morel mushrooms.
Muscles and crab sure is good thou.

We've been reduced to pizza ???
My favorite would be bacon, onion, pineapple.
Followed by chopped tomatoe, bacon, mushroom, onion...

tc, now whats wrong with pizza?????????????????? one of the most balanced meals you can eat if it has some extra ingredients on it. personally, we used to have a king arthurs pizza few miles from here--and i loved the one loaded with everything--they were egggsalent!!!!!!!! along with a pitcher of beer------
