Mermaids, solid scientific proof?

Surfing tv tonight and came across this on the discovery channel.

I know subtitles are in Chinese, but this is the only full video I came across, you can find normal segments on youtube.

Anyways, this is some really crazy shit I thought, if it's all legit. A lot of the points they make make a lot of sense, and they appear to have some fairly solid evidence. For those that know about 'the bloop', a sound anomaly detected by the Navy in 1997, they tie it in too it all, which was interesting. A real interesting watch if you have some time.
