Great idea but to be quite serious it's doubtfull a person could ever get a patent on it .Matter of fact in the business I'm in we've been using some form of compressed gas or air since I started this line of work 42 years ago to launch lines through conduits .Like 4-500 feet of it and often more .

To blow a line 80 feet up into the top of a tree is just the law of physics .Not that's it's a bad idea just not an original one .
