The Official Work Pictures Thread

Nick is down here for 2 days, working with us, checking out my Gehl. We slayed a smaller 25"ish Pin oak and a bigger 28 or 30 incher. Had em both down and cleaned up for the most part by lunch, just had to finish raking the bigger one up after lunch and the rain passed.

Yeah, it felt pretty good. 2 hours start to finish was pretty good too. 19 metric tonnes in that tree. Felt good to know I could still do that after 2 years, even if I puckered slightly more than I ever used to.
 
Ha. I'd forgotten about that one. That was a truly scary tree, made worse by the bloody deep ravine it was sitting on the edge of.
For some reason I never get asked to do easy trees...
