i‘m on my way to pick up my wheel-loader. it took me three month to figure out what kind of mounting plate it has. dealer and manufacturer were not helpful.

Another bigger maple to Put on Ground Only, along with a half- failed willow and a big cherry prune.

A spider lift would access it, but not a bucket or crane.

Are you learning anything new about saws there or is it mostly just basic stuff

Basic stuff. Fact is, the mechanics test me regular. "Stephen, would you look at this saw real quick. Acting goofy. Think I figured it out. 🤔 "
Go over look, usually something simple and I guess I'm the "wiz" kid sometimes.
Mostly work the floor and registars. More in that store to remember than you would think. Floor to ceiling old fashioned hardware store. Customers seem to like me well enough .

buddy called, told me he had climbing work for me with another tree company, knowing full well I've told him 5 or 6 times now that not only can I physically not climb, I do not work for new tree companies due to non payment and being almost killed on the job due to negligence and people not paying attention to the guy in the tree

I decide to look at the other guys facebook page just out of curiosity and this is what I see, normally I wouldn't post pics but this is laughable that anyone expects me to go work for these guys

seems I can't make any sort of opinionated post on this forum yet everyone else is allowed to, seems a little f*cked up but OK, rare I even do that and when I do I get shot down by everyone else, we do the same job, none of y'all are a god of tree work, I'm not, mick isn't, burnham isn't, NONE of us are the best there ever was or will be, we can all do our job better, we can all choose to be less grumpy, some of us will some won't and thats OK, however I'm not going to stand for this whole forum singling me out for no other reason that I'm probably the youngest person here so by default I'm viewed as an absolute moron that can't have an opinion or say anything about how anyone does work


lets see, who here thinks its acceptable to climb a tree in a professional setting holding a chainsaw while using a ladder and treestand steps ratchet strapped to a tree with zero PPE, not even a harness? I'm a little dumb but even I haven't so much as considered it let alone posted it on the company page advertising that that's the way we do it

if I posted any of those pictures and said it was my work you guys would jump on me for being unsafe, but when I post someone elses I get told that I shouldn't even be in the tree business because I'm "too much drama"
you guys would cause more drama than I am if I posted those pics, yet I'm "too much", kinda shitty of a few certain members here

I won't mention names, but theres 6 of you that haven't been complete assholes and actually been nice/helpful
