what do you guys think? i have left over scraps of 4 ton cobra, i made a "whoopie sling" for light rigging.

It sucketh but I have done silmilar things. Guardian makes a rather nicer bit of rigging.

Sure, what the heck. The only warning that i'd give is that cobra is made of polypro or one of those "not so resilient" fibers.

You said light rigging, I say go for it.

Guardian, on the other hand, is regular-old polyester, and staple in the tree-rope world. I have a couple hundred feet of guardian left and I'm sure the scraps will go to good use. I'm envisioning friction savers....

I made some whoopie slings from 4 ton yale brace. been very happy with them.
