I'm no snakeologist. Just saying, cobras are not constrictors. They are not relying on muscularity to suffocate their prey. I imagine poisonous snakes are less strong than constrictors, so less concern for a child to play with it, if defanged.

Same thing, more or less :). The flashlight beam wouldn't travel towards where you came from. So someone there could not see it shine by looking towards your flight path.

Orrr...not :D.

Astrophysics is complicated for me to grasp, that is for sure .

Only energy travels at the speed of light. So technically you could get close to the speed of light, and your light would be visible but red shifted... if I remember from physics class lol

Here you go, just looked it up. Apparently I did learn something lol. In order for something to go the speed of light, it has to have no mass (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faster-than-light). And since you are moving away, the light actually increases in wavelength because of the Doppler effect, which is called redshift. It's how we can tell which stars and such are moving towards us or moving away. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redshift

Backstory:

Lion tries to EAT screaming toddler on Mexican TV show
This is the terrifying moment a lion pounces on a screaming toddler and tries to sink its teeth into her leg on a Mexican TV show, despite being held by a collar and lead. The programme aired in March 2003.

Once again, wtf were they thinking? Some animals are domesticated, some are not and aren't meant to be. The killer instinct had to be bred out of dogs in order for them to be trustworthy and safe around kids, that lion is just doing what thousands of years of evolution has trained it for.
