Akimbo 2 info

Thinking about ordering the Akimbo 2. Looks like some stores are starting to get it. I'm typically not an early adopter of gizmos as there always seems to be a recall. Since this is the second generation, what are the odds of a recall? A little fortune telling but I though I'd look for some insights.

Pit's a well made unit and Jaime is huge really is very in tune with climber needs and development. I'd keep in touch as the new purchases get delivered and get some feed back if you are really worried. But I know from experience with the Akimbo, been on one for a long time and I feel the improvements made should be awesome.
Just my .02 from watching its developement and floating on more than one version.

I'd buy one without worry. None at all.

I had one of Jaime's prototype A-2s for a while, then sent it back to him so he could refine the final model. I have no doubt that the current rendition will be a solid performer.
