The Official Work Pictures Thread

It's an odd story. To intentionally dive in and get into trouble so quickly. If the ocean was so rough for that to happen, it seems like he could have seen it. Wonder if something else related hasn't been mentioned or perhaps not known?

Stuff ya gotta do....

Good work there Stephen and Bodean!!...looks like your still getting them "golden pines Stephen?

Im going to help Bixler get down about 20 or so next week in GV

His area is unique it would seem. Certainly wouldn't get anywhere near that in my neck of the woods.

I wonder how your customers react with your extremely impressive hourly rates Willard? I often found people got really sore if they perceived you were killing it.

No comp is a thing of beauty. Just surprising to me that if there's that much on the table that no one else steps up for a serving. Here now around vernon BC we have Davey and Bartlett in the residential market, about five other companies the size of my old one(one crew) and I'd say upwards of 10 lawn/landscape/tree companies. And beyond that there are plenty of wood ticks, fallers, and the odd bush climber that will pick off work too.

I couldn't imagine being the only one. Sounds enjoyable.

I'm the only show in town

If I was the only show in town and making good bread, I'd probably be fairly casual about turning guys in that didn't have a permit. Maybe someone's kid needs shoes or something, or the need to have an operation. One of those look before you leap things. Just sayin....

Do your research Justin. Your city Vernon has a metropolitan population of nearly 60K . My Thompson has a population of 13K plus we're a 8 hour drive from the nearest large city.
Asplundh or who ever gets the line clearing contract here only happens one summer every 5 years.

I don't think I need to do a bunch of research. Still surprising to me that you turn the big hourlys you do and no one else steps up to take a kick at the can.

You've got a nice niche market there. Good for you.

Some gear to look at.....

The wrench is in the last tree.....the runner is in this oak that was so cranked over I was leary to climb out to where I needed to be.

2 lines rock.
