The dream is tough here…. I’m quitting the company I’m with… and basically going contract climber unless I suck then gonna have to find a benefits job…. Hard to make the money here, no one wants to pay, everything is super expensive, but fish and pigs are free. Honestly kinda dangerous in some parts here too, guess like anywhere.

Today I wanted to rest, but after lunch a strong wind suddenly blew, and this tree broke. I had to go to work urgently. Worked alone -

The fence didn't really bother me. I was more worried about the LED flashlight. Everything went without problems. The fence, the lantern and the rubber covering of the basketball court were not damaged.

Technically this was work so I'll post it here. Today we boated over to Coffman Cove on Prince of Wales Island to pick up our fleet mechanic to fix the front brakes on a remote island rig. Saw a pod of Orcas and some humpbacks also boating back and forth. A few pics:
