Figured I'd start a thread where I can put any new videos I make here at Tree Care Inc. I plan on doing quite a few, so I didn't want to start a bunch of threads when I could keep it all in one.

Short video to start out. I've been doing nothing but falling ash trees the past three days, along with teaching a new guy some felling techniques. All drop and leave.

Whats ur story a? Are you with nick full time? Left dad with the gehl?

Not a vid maker myself, but have no problem burning time watching grapple trucks and tree floating thru the air. ;)

Not with Nick anymore, Nick split from TCI and is back to doing his own thing. I work for TCI full time in Dayton, OH now. Number of reasons for leaving the family business but overall I enjoy it up here a lot more. We work 4 10 hour days, so a lot of the time I'll go back Friday-Sunday and help Dad on bigger jobs.

Here's another I just finished up! Kind of a part 2 to that grapple cam video I made, this is the same job, just the perspective from the bucket operator. Enjoy!

Cool video, but you are wearing yourself out and burning daylight setting multiple slings like that.

Use one sling, then a slight kerf cut under, them come down cutting... stopping as the load needs to readjust itself.

When it's settled, nip it off and send it on its way!

hey mate , some nice picks in there . super jealous of your crane slings .... what rope are you using for your normal balancers?

4 guys, 3 1/2 days. 14 grapple truck loads of brush and small wood(that about 65 yards a truck), 4 semi truck loads of larger wood and logs.

The pic with the grapple truck next to the trunk made it look tiny! "We're going to need a bigger boat"
