Looking forward to seeing you when you get down to Florida. I can even hook you up with some work if you want, I'd enjoy being able to see the world-renowned Deva working his magic. 8)

Making my way south, Skwerl.

Leaving PA today to Baltimore on the train to catch a bus to Asheville, NC.

Here I come No Bivy, get the trees lined up.

Here's a picture of my sister and I in Scranton PA, 30,000lbs of banannas.
Harry Chapin fame.

One of me in Central Park NYC.
and one of my tough old Gramps.

With all the top notch choppers in Florida, ain't going to be any trees.

Heading off camping for a few days here shortly. Just locally but heh when you live in the most beautiful place in the world why leave?:D

Should be back Wednesday.

Lol all the way to Salmon Arm. My sister in law is getting married so we're just camping on her dads property. Should be a good time though. I plan on being the life of the party.:/:

Viva Canada, eh.

After I left NoBivy's I headed to Greenville SC and stayed with my
Uncle for a day. He's got a pet raccoon that lives in the house.
I'd say that's a huge commitment in life.

After that I left and went down to a little town in Long County Georgia and stayed with another Uncle, went horse riding, snake wrangling and drank about 10 Budweisers a day because that's what they do. When In Rome, get Roman.

I left there and now I'm Outside Ocala FLA. Visiting my Grandma for a bit. I called Skwerl and I'm pretty sure, hopefully we hook up on Monday and Tuesday.

After that I'll be flying to Louisiana for more visiting.

Forget the Bus/Greyhound, I'm flying and renting cars now.
I'll pay for peace of mind.

Take it easy all.

I swear taking a few steps out of your daily element really gives depth and perspective to life.

Cool deal, Deva. I've got a firm commitment for Tuesday and I'm trying to line up a climbing removal and some bucket work for Monday for you. I should know for sure by tomorrow.

No more Greyhound, huh? Not classy enough for ya? :P

Sounds cool Deva. Have fun and be safe. If you ever get time off again make the short hop to Boise and we can go rafting or skiing depending on the season.

How about Amtrak?

I took the train to Baltimore from Philly.

Though it's not always the most direct. For example.
From Florida to Louisiana, the train goes up to D.C. then over to New Orleans.

4 days on a train or 23 hours on a bus or 4 hours in a plane.

Darin,
I plan on visiting at some point.

GEE - no_bivy should have arranged for you to stop over in North Georgia. BUT NO - he forgot all about me. SURE - just pass this gal by

ANYWAY - i am in the middle of nowhere
