If the tree is 100' wide, I agree it's cheap. It doesn't look to be much over 70' tall maybe 80' wide with room to butt hitch the limbs getting them closer to the lift.
Those limbs were very long and way to heavy to take in one piece....as Jer said, they had to be pieced out....which is exactly what I surmised...when I said a GRCS would have been the ticket.
Good price and job, Jerry! So, how many yards of chips? and did you chip all the way up to your 18" chipper's capacity?
heres a little bitty water oak I climbed in KY this week. It had 3 massive leaders, and more than a dozen big hangers aimed at the roof. I have more pics coming.

Wish we had that kind of $ on a big lombardy we're doing Tuesday. Small drop zone means a lot of tip tieing and lowering. At least we can leave the wood, and don't have to mess with the bottom 20 feet or so, which is prolly close to 4 feet, and its 6' plus on the butt.
