Gyro Powerballs

Mine is still sitting on my desk, untouched since the last time I posted in this thread. I see that it's been a month- time to move it off the desk and back to the shelf in the spare bedroom.

Yea, I can do it left or right handed, or change my wrist direction. It's definitely tricky to learn.
 
I played with one last year in Hartford. Don Blair was selling them. The little bastids can really work you out. Now if I can just get one for my abs.

I have one of the handheld models and love it, albeit dont use it as much as when I rock climbed every day. I have tried the core model shown above. Its CRAZY hard.

I'd sure like to try one out. I haven't seen the first commercial for it, yet.
