You joke, but that is the biggest threat to many of these type trees. Homeless and kids go in there to smoke and light stuff on fire. I saw a 2 veteran trees go out that way in my time in Germany. :-( Sad that they survived 2 world wars only to be taken out by a hippie with a roach clip.

A big baldcypress was taken down near Orlando by a crackhead too.
