Hi this is a Ficus benjamina???...white sap dripping from branches and trunk, main stem with cracks that close and open again.
The tree is located in a school, has a wind channel straight from the sea, between surrounding houses.
3 trees are in decay in a area of 10x15ms(33x50).
What do you think and recomend as I want to rescue this tree if does not envolve chemicals(those will be sent straight to my head
