Massage is so important for climbers. Tight Psoas muscle...a top one for climbers. Stretch it.

If you can't afford $60 for a massage, there are many qualified people, especially that haven't kept up with their credentials and working full time, that will trade. When I was getting work done on my shoulder, I was having spasms in my chest. My shoulder felt like it was mis-tracking. Body is Way, way, way, way better after 9 sessions.
