Cell phone ringtones

Its usually dependant on the phone but finding the settings area should get you in the right spot. Myself I turn roam off, living within 30 minutes of the canada and usa border phones start to pick up on the US networks when you get too close.

I thought the cell phones went to 'roam' automaticly.

In any case Al, you will have to push buttons. So sit down, get a cuppa java or something and go to the menu section of your phone.

Look for 'system settings' in the 'tools' section of the menu.


Or call your service provider....

Haha! And Pauly, I didn't know I had my own ring tone!

Blinky, I had a track of my 088 for a ring tone a couple years ago. Apparently either Daniels or my phone recorded it accidently in our pocket while we were working, and we thought it would make an excellent ring tone.

I usually make my own, program called ringtone ripper. My phone has a mini usb plug so i just plug it into my puter and put them on it.

I guess I could do the same, the phone I have uses any MP3 or WAV file if I want. but actually manufacturing them, thats different
