We are selling our small stump grinder. We only put 1.5 hours on it last year. The machine has 969 hours on it, but a new Kohler 27hp gas motor, new Sandvik cutting wheel, jack shaft, pulley, sprocket, and bearings were installed less than 300 hours ago. We are the original owners of the machine. $5,000

Upgrading a lot of gear, eh? Cool!

That seems like a bangin price.

It pains me to not see someone grab this up. Great deal. If it were near me I would take it in a second and I don't like doing stumps and seldom do.

It's a great deal. Wish I could swing something like that right now. Seems we are finally being asked about stump grinding. Not that I am all extra happy about that. I need a loader first.

Stump grinding is awesome, especially if there aren't a lot of boulders.

Don't wait to be asked about grinding, push it! I always do, on a removal if they don't ask about the stump I'll suggest it.
Put it as an extra on the quote.

I like grinding, good soil here, machine is working good, still in honeymoon phase, give me some time to find out otherwise.....

Most people are happy with the stump just below the surface, I prefer to get it a bit deeper.

I worked hard this last big job I had to get the stump ground. AFTER we moved the excavator off site, she hired someone to dig it out.. by hand
I could sell buckets of termites easier with some malathion as a control switch.
