Called "clinometer". From the Google play store. With a Google wallet, I think, you can get $2.xx worth of upgrades to use the camera rather than edge of the phone. It also has a bubble level.

Jed, really, it's a piece of wood with an angled rope hole, and a tether. Pre zk1.
A stiff tether, even better. I got the high tech stiff tether on my zk1, Electrical tape, not duct tape, wrapping a stick to the original Tech Cord tether.
On my wooden Wrench, made from a hammer handle, I tethered with home depot accessory rope.
