Can what is on the top on the right side now, the welcome, notifications, my profile, last visit, etc., be put in the top middle of the page? Then have the TreeStuff banner made a bit smaller then put on the right side. It might balance things out, and help with the priority of headings. In school they always taught that what goes in the middle at the top is the heading for the whole page. It doesn't seem so appropriate for a sponsor to be there if you go by that.
