Throat mics.

WHY? Sena are awesome, and seem cheaper if you're looking at the firefox.

I'm gonna have to buy another for the CO, too bad I can't get it in time for W.

Anybody use these? I am thinking about the ones that Sherrill sells.

I tried the ones that Sherrill sells and they were terrible. So bad that I returned them. I don't think you will find anything better, both in price and performance, than the Sena units.

Thank you gents!
I just want a little better communication on the jobsite.

I love my comm helmets.. we have three now.. :)
Customers are just amazed by the kit we roll up with (obviously their standards are so so as we have pretty minimal kit.).... then the helmets... It's like icing on the cake.

Only problem is now Stephen you cannot mutter profanities at your wife under your breath:lol:

Yeah, I can sound like i have Turrents Syndrome on a bad day... no more muttering to myself. LOL
I shut it off on the moment I feel I need to vent
They shut it off if I talk to myself too much

Rajan, Paul's selling for less than anywhere else. Get your subs onboard, and get the second for your guy.

I am craning Friday, an easy tree, but I know that the biggest problem will be me talking to my guy, who will yell to the CO's rigger guy, who will radio to the CO.

I've talked to the Crane op about them.

How would you all mount something for a CO to wear, both from function and hygiene as it won't be a dedicated unit for him. It will be the back-up unit.
