Cool shots Scott! I love zipping. It's so much faster than lowering, less rope work, the limbs orient and stack nicely for the grapple. We use it every chance we get.

I live in santa cruz county area where the mountains meet the sea although calis turning into a desert. Burl is huge imma slab it into a coffee table. Get some more pics job is a lot clearing job gotta make room for a building pad was cleared many moons ago by logging in 70.s and 1920.s i believe. Going to mill the wood for existing house and new one.

Well, it worked Willie. Beautiful looking stump on that pig, rot and everything. I wonder if the snow-pile lay you built for that thing slopped it over toward the house a hair-bit more than you would have liked? Course... an inch is as good as a mile.

No, it was more that I had a slight gap in the face I that side, the tree had a couple wobbles in it and the snow berm was a little light. You can see the log rolled a tad as compared to the face.
