The Official Work Pictures Thread

SRT Cory. Thinking about it I should?ve used two climbing systems for better work positioning. Just to many long limb walks that were hard to balance on. Could?ve cut down on that a bit. Live and learn. I also need to study up on retrievable redirects. Could?ve helped a lot

Even though I said I wasn?t going to do any work on fridays I had to do a bit of cleanup for the FD. No big deal. Two and a half hours first thing this morning. They asked for a quote to remove the rest of the tree as well.

Finished up nicely this week.

Timber gone.
Stumps ground.
Ch?que in wallet.

Yeah, I flirt with idea of a bigger one, but I will be the only legal driver so it’ll be a pita.

On this job I had 3 trucks of chip, maybe 15 cubic meters, as I was 50 minutes away I put an ad on FB and someone local took it all.

Got the rest of a 40ft mulberry down, heavy lean over the shed. Secret cut did the trick! (And a maasdam) 3 hours, drop and chip. Custy kept the mulch.

Good pics, Mick.

Getting rid of chips via FB... where on there did you place your ad?

Thanks.

Chips are usually NP for me but it is a good idea to have in the toolbox.

That's a lotta trouble building a curved bridge like that one. Someone paid a lot extra for that.

That is a really cool bridge! Building curved stuff like that quite hard, takes more than the average termite to build one of those lol

There is a Buy Nothing FB group set up by neighborhoods, here.

Chips go fast here, especially in the drier half of the year.
