I've seen it almost that extreme, people recklessly piling in during rush hours. Not all lines are so crowded. Some people do it their whole life. Still, a phenomenal train and subway system.

That appears to be a pretty old vid. They have added more trains and lines to help alleviate such crowding. Can't be late for work!

IDK, looked like the cop did a great intelligent chase, IMO. He kept him in sight, kept up communications, kept up just enough and kept his bike upright. Sometimes they get over zealous, get too fast and get people dead. Looked like a good job.

I have a friend that is a retired police chief. He once was chasing a guy on a Harley and had to pull up next to him and tell him to either speed up or pull over. The guy pulled over.

There was an old television series call "Highway Patrol". Back in the 50's I recall. Old black and white with Borderick Crawford. In one episode he said exactly the same thing about not being able to outrun 'the radio.'

You know? After apprehending the guy in the U-tube video the police never thump on him one bit. Well, least up to that point. All in all. I thought the episode played out pretty well. Some have played out much worse.

I like how the fleeing guy initially stopped at stop signs, like he didn't want to compound his infraction with the law, but after awhile he figured the hell with it.
