Here's one from me, a drive and walk through the province's original arboretum, now a defunct mental health facility. Many folks are fighting to get the site preserved vs developed, have a gander if you have some time to kill. I did a bunch of short videos and compiled them, turned out to be the longest video I have made so far.

'traffic' wasn't slowing down, one asshole in a silver minivan was stopped in the left lane. It's a highway, not a parking lot or farmer's market. Stop the video at :15 and look at the left lane. This is why limited access highways have minimum speeds posted.

One reason I can't fathom the law about it being ok to stop your car on the road and talk on your cell phone....I can't understand that logic. No place to pull completely off the road, don't answer! I've seen idiots yapping pulled to the side on freeway onramps. If the poor fellow on the bike survived, he probably won't be able to remember the wreck. That was very awful to see.

I see it now, but we don't know why the van was stopped. There are justifiable reason for a vehicale to be blocking trafic...bottom line is, the bike did not have control. The car he hit had control enough to slow down.
