Extremely stressful on the airframe. An aircraft must be rated for aerobatics to do that, which means very strong framing, and even the fuel and and oil systems are special.
I'd rip the wings off my 172 before coming even close to any of those maneuvers. The maximum permissible wing loading in my 172P is +2.0G and -1.5G in a push-over. Race pilots push 9G's routinely.
