I sometimes walk like that when with my family. Not quite so overt but definitely do some high lifts. I try to make it random. This is done to embarrass my wife. Once, at a minor league baseball game, I raised my leg and a lady about 7’ coming towards us nearly dove “out of the way” to avoid getting kicked😂.
