It sure doesn't.
I was a sperm donor when I lived in Israel in the late 70es.
One nurse in particular ( I think she was a Russian jew) didn't have much in the way of English.
So first time I was there, she had to explain to me how to go about it.
Ended up in mostly sign language and a blushing nurse.

A couple of years later I was on a boat to Greece.
There was this guy who seemed familiar, but I couldn't quite get where I had met him.
Apparently I had been staring at him, because suddenly he started making jerk off motions with his right hand.
Then I realized where I knew him from.
