They used to kill our koi like nobodys bidness! We put nets over the ponds they just speared and left them there to die...

A more conventional shot than the earlier one, it was shot just a second or so earlier.
I saw one of hose big long legged things land in a tree once believe it or not .From a distance flying in it looked like a prehistoric teradactal or something .Then the great long legged thing landed in a tree just as if he were a hawk or something .It really looked goofy with those long legs in a tree .
They live around the creeks and drainage ditchs in this area,waders .

They do nest in the tree tops Al. They nest in colonies and can kill a tree or grove of trees over time
