Progress capture pulley

Im looking to mount a progress capture pully on my chip box roof so we can hook a rope and haul up the ramps for the mini then let them back down after closing tailgate.

Im unfamiliar with the ones sold, and am wondering if you can release their capture after raising load.

Basicslly how windoe blinds would work. Pull the string and they stay, pull a little bit and they release.

I think I got it. Simple micro pulley at the top. Incorporate whatever pulley system if you need some MA. then you have a redirect off to the side that feeds down into a cam cleat.
