My stomach has been seriously messed up for over two weeks, I think from some deer meat over indulgence. I felt poisoned, or something. I tried medication, but little improvement. I started fasting four days ago, a little bread and liquids for the first two days, but nothing besides fluids during the last two. My stomach is finally feeling better, have just about lost my craving for food, feel lighter and in better health, generally. I also shot some stuff up to clean myself out, figured that would help too.
My skin feels better, and has a good smell, it's kind of weird.
Kind of drastic, but I've read where rational fasting can be a health aid, give the digestive system a break, and rid yourself of toxins. I'm going to try and go until tomorrow morning, and then start light eating. I realize that I've been eating too much.
