Spent a couple days in Bangkok (highly recommend Thailand) took a bus to Siem reap Cambodia (near Angkor) what a deal $15 for a painful 12 hour bus ride shuffle.

Nice pics in Thailand Dave, wonder if any of those trees were stood under by Nate on his travels a few years back.

well worth the journey, people wer very friendly, tons of young travelers from around the world, Cheap eat on 2~3 bucks a day, about a 120$ room for 30 bucks.
most everyone spoke a little english and 4$ foot massages.
Thailand was the highlight of my trip, I definitely would go back

One of my wifes cousins is married to a Thai lady .She was telling me that the price of things is like going back in time .Cost of living is real cheap .

Those are the best Angkor Wat pictures I have seen. All the others focus on the ruins, the trees are way more spectacular.

At least to a treeguy.
