I received a short note from the dealer in Georgia, says the saws are still delayed getting to him, and he will be looking into it. :roll: That's better than nothing, so I think I'll give him a little more time before any additional activity from my end. Thanks again for the offers of help, I'll inform of how things are going.

WWB, I would ask him to credit back the CC. Then when he receives the saws he can contact you to re-charge them.
They are not suppose to charge the card until the service is rendered.
Other wise you are leaving yourself open on the charges for the 60 day limit.

I agree.
Most places will credit the charge if the item is back-ordered for X number of time, then re-charge when they can fulfill the order.
