How do you mean, nice in theory? I think it sucks, in theory and probably in practice.
I mean most start ups would love to not have to pay comp and many are required and still don't cause it's expensive. So it's a nice idea but not a good one imo
 
He'll be doing well to pursue a Cert III in Arb over here. Lots of good stuff covered.

If you are starting on Thursday, hold off on purchases until they tell you what you will need, also you may get some discounts for being a student.

My tree service company only has one employee.....me.
Some of you might remember the grief I had a few years ago when the government workplace safety officer caught doing a little groundwork with no chaps and it was close to 100 degrees F that day.
He threatened to lock my saws out for the rest of the week and fine me $5000.
I had to make a binder to be kept in my truck with all the labor safety laws, safety procedures for my company, owners manuals for all my equipment and complete revised WHMIS. That took me over a week.

But I guess that how we can afford to have free universal health care in Canada......regulations regulations
