clearing sawdust from radiator fine... tips?

Air? Water? Vacuum?

So far I have tried air, and water. Not fast results.

Discuss.

I use air, seems to work fine to me. Don't bend the fins!

Air if dry/packed dust or degreaser and water if oily. Works best if you spray from the opposite way of the air flow.

+1 to don't bend the fins.

Air here too. If it takes a long time you probably need to do it more often.

Air ussually. Once a year we pull the grill off and power wash from a distance using extreme care to not bend the fins.

I've seen a comb made especially for radiator fin cleaning. Never used one.

Probably more for straightening bent fins.

Could be. But could it work for cleaning too?

It's easier to clean if the fins are straight. I suppose it could clear superficial clogs.

Get or make a tool to get air or water in from the back side. Radiator Genie is one brand.

Radiator fin comb. I think I purchased it from a HVAC supply house. I imagine it could be purchased at an automotive parts store.

Edit. I'm not sure of the price, but knowing me it had to be cheeeeeap.

Air day to day and a pressure washer maybe three times a year.

That does not help. My wife won't let me bring the chipper in the house - not even on really rainy days.
