A few years ago I made my version of a marbar system. I never use it and would like to sell it.
The handle is made of 1" aluminum machined down for the threads. Its solid stock. The threads go thru the hole in one ascender and the other side screws onto it.
Being this locally made, I dont have a tensile strength rating but since you should be clipped into the ascender anyway, even if the handle broke, youre still attached.
Included in the deal is the other hand and a storage bag I had made so you can climb up, tie in, and store the handle system away while you work.
The ascenders are from ISC and retails for $175+ and I paid about $75 for the bar and another $25 for the pouch, so Id like to get $230 for the whole deal shipped anywhere usps will ship to.
