Anyone need help in the Gulf area?

Work is slowing for a bit here in TX, I was wondering if anyone needs a hand in the Gulf states for a couple of weeks. We don't anticipate a contract till middle of November. Not wanting to drive home just yet.

I was wondering if there are anystumps left to be had in the area you are in?

Yes, there are a lot left, as well as a lot of tree work. Folks are still waiting on insurance, or going with a much cheaper labor pool that is present in the region year round. I pulled up on a guy yesterday who had already been working on the face on a 20" pine 6 and half minutes later he got the face in. His saw seemed like it was a bit dull. We got a few days left and thats it for a while. But lots of stumps for sure.

Good to know was thinking that the money had not filtered in just yet. At least for the final cleanup type stuff.
