True story. I once watched my kitchen manager turn off the meat slicer, wheel still spinning, he checked how sharp the blade was with his thumb. The look of amazement on his face as it bit him to the bone was priceless. He just stood there dumb founded. I looked straight at him and said, "well stoopid, what did you think would happen?!!!"
Guy was as dumb as a box of rocks. His daddy was general manager. Go figure.
