We had a ford cab over fire truck and the radiator was really low also. Was real bad for picking up debris, especially on a wheat field fire or a grass fire.

I started removing the motor and tranny from my 1994 pickup Friday. I bought another used motor and tranny for $1100. We'll see how it works out. I have it ready to remove it, save for attaching the lifting stuff to the motor and I think I have to raise the tranny up a little to remove the...

My '94 C3500 had been blowing gases into the radiator for about 6 months, it also has an issue with the starter that I have never seemed to be able to resolve, and the tranny had also been acting funny for a while. Well finally the transmission is stuck in second gear and won't come out. It...

I've been having electrical problems with my "95 flatbed. About a week ago I hooked it up to my dump trailer and when I went down the road it the speedometer went to zero and the voltmeter also went to zero and it was reluctant to shift from first gear and once it did it was stuck in second...

I think in the world of Harley owners it's considered to be a chick bike. It seems to me it's kind of a reversal of the usual male/female roles as the guys like to have all sorts of gingerbread (accessories) on their motorcycles and the women have a more bare bones style.

Looking good Brian. I have a leak in my chipper motor that I can't seem to get fixed. Regarding the traction control my son has a Subaru with the all wheel drive, and it won't spin the tires at all.

My mechanic buddies have also told me to make sure and drive the truck onto a tilted place each way to make sure oil gets out to the axle bearings and then check the level again.

I got the starter, and bell housing pulled off today. Ordered a housing gasket, bolts and washers, and a crankshaft seal, they will be in on Monday. Nothing broken. This has leaked since I first installed this motor, but has gotten steadily worse over time.
