Dumped one more Redwood and got the log deck ready for the Lucas 10-30 today! Got over 50,000 board feet of some real nice Redwood setup for milling. Also included a pic of a good sized windfall project I'm gonna tackle soon. Looking forward to seeing what that old growth looks like!

That"s a beauty Skwerl ! We are very blessed to have some truly great tree-men like Jerry, Reg, and August around here. Fortunately the windfall in my picture is on the parcel next to mine and appears to have very little rot. Its a downhill skid to my place. Time to fire up the D7!

Don't feel bad brother. I don't own one myself, but luckily I have access to one. Its gonna take a D7 to move those old-growth logs. My little 518 skidder ain't gonna cut it.

Finally got to go back to my county job and drop that white oak spar. It turned out to be a capped off pipe.
