The Official Work Pictures Thread

That little "twirl" he did at 7:10-7:13 sent a small piece of something flying and smacked me in the face, as I watched from the shade about 40' away....hard hat AND face mask needed on Carl's job! :D

Pine tree across the river the boys were working on yesterday.

They'll be hauling logs today.

Haha I tried looking for the offending piece, guess it sticks out better in your mind!

All I saw was a blur...then SMACK! So I'm not a bit surprised the vid doesn't show it.

Had it been big enough to see in the vid, you likely would've had to help get the ambulance up that rutted trail!

Slayed this beast today. More of being an undertaker though. 8" plus limbs. Fun! Mike limbed out most of it, got fatigued, so I wraptored up and finished it out and topped it.

I check with the crew often and remind them that they need water and shade regular. I also remind them we have tools and such that make switching jobs up easy.I was relief pitcher today. Worked the ropes, then took a ride up to finish her up fresh and ready

 man I need to find a bigger tree to take down. My little live oak looks insignificant to y'alls trees.... nicely done cursed, and sotc...

Elevator-ing can be a labor saver, too. If there is a weight difference, you might need some sort of friction added.

At Zipfest, we were counterweighting people up 100'. One person up, one person down.

A random hiker got a ride. She recognized me years later in a Mt. Vernon food co-op, or someplace like that. Random.

We set one up at Jamie's as well Sean. He really needed to bail when he did today. Wraptored ride was faster IMO. I did not have my saddle and gear on yet and he needed down. Now, if I did not have a Wraptor.........

I've cooled off before by taking my shirt off n just pulling my pants down to my gaffs , I no its funny but it worked, and yes I had boxer's on...

I'm just totally astounded that guys like you and Joel and Butch can even DO tree work down there.

Thanks fellas, a few years back I would have done all the climbing and equipment operating. Hiring solid guys, treating them well and they ride for the brand

Having a good team that "rides for the brand" is what many aspire to but cannot pull it off. It should help keep everyone safer and more efficient...knowing each other's strengths and weaknesses lets folks anticipate problems, think ahead, look out for each other.

Nice to see professionalism. Rock on!!
