I had a backhoe with forks on that job. They were stacked for the log truck to come pickup.

My log for the day. Quartered cookies forever. 7 tanks in the 660. The guys ended up with 4 one ton dump truck loads of wood they hauled out and loaded by hand. Surprised me that there was no complaining. Guess they figured I had it worse

Back in the day, 3" tail was minimum for rock climbing knots.

I think that there is some better rule, like 3 diameters worth of tail. Seems short to me.

Yes, rainbows and browns...this creek was just a tributary to the Yuba river about 500yrds down stream

I have to down load mine from my photo stream not my camera roll. Just figured that out the other day. I spent a lot of time editing my photos by turning them first so they would end up right.
