The Official Work Pictures Thread

Carl, I see excavators all the time working to grade, that is about all they use in these parts. Not saying it is better than your system, just that it doesn't seem hard to people that do it frequently. Talking about excavators with a blade.

Adrienne, excellent load. That load around here would get you a bare assed spanking by the local DOT cops. But Im on your team. Nevermind the horse, keep loading the wagon. Good work.

Jay, are you referring to a dozer?

Thanks man. This load never left the horse farm, so I was never on public roads. If it stays on the farm I like to load it down for bear. I wouldn't have a problem taking this load out though after it was strapped down and tarped.

No Chris, an excavator with a blade. I think they call it a blade, you know that wide thing that goes up and down to push stuff or make level. Not sure of a proper name for it. It wouldn't move so quickly as Carl's rig, but it does have the two functions going with both the bucket and the blade. Dozers aren't popular here for some reason, except for really big jobs.

I don't often see full size excavators with a blade. Mids and minis often have them. I'll have to pay closer attention.

Nice trailer load Adrian.. That thing is definitely going to pay for itself toot sweet.

Little Blue Oak over house TD today and a good training session for Katy. I took Kat and Rob out on this one and burned through it in 4 hours. Most of got lowered and some raised by the KK. All material stayed on site. Katy ran a lot of rope on both the KK and large porty, and Rob helped move the material out of the DZs.
Fun day...

Nice pictures as usual everyone.8)

I found out what it feels like to be a movie star today.

Was filmed from the moment i stepped out of the truck.

Harlan called me in, i wrecked four pines from the bucket, and two climbers. Condo complex, live ins thought they had rights to the trees. They wanted them to stay, managing company said to go. Damaging the buildings. So a cop was there all day to control the croud, and this loser filmed us, all day long. More than just him too, three other crazies to add the the mix.

Here he is filming the log pile, so exciting.
